These high-quality toboggan cushions repel moisture and are filled with a comfortable 1.5-inch high-density foam. We work with a local manufacturer just out of Duluth, MN who cuts and sews every facet of these toboggan cushions by hand. As an optional addition to any downhill, you can order a high quality, waterproof 100% acrylic-coated polyester pad -- a firm 1 ½ inches of high density foam covering the length of the sled. We work with a local manufacturer just 20 miles from our Toboggan shop. When compared to our "Classic Blue" toboggan pad, these pads are ½ inch thicker and have top-of-the-line marine fabric.
You and your family, young and old, can ride all day, comfortable, as you soak in the fleeting winter sunlight without soaking your snow pants due to a wet pad:)
