- Small items like apparel and bindings ship via the best USPS flat rate.
- International, Outer US and Canada orders require custom shipping quotes. Please call us for a custom quote!
- We aim to ship all orders of products that are in stock within 3-5 business days from the date of payment.

Returns:
- Returns on Toboggans, Freight Sleds, Snowshoes and Pull Sleds require a 25% fee to cover shipping and restocking. No returns on custom orders.
